I've used John at Chobham Computer Services over the past couple of years, to 'clean up' my laptop when it's started to run slowly. He gives it an overall health-check with deep-cleaning utilities, left to run overnight if necessary. He also gave me some sound advice, (f.o.c), on upgrading my laptop, as Microsoft were about to discontinue support of Windows 7 Home Premium, (the Op System on my previous laptop), which they have now done. So I've now got a Windows 10 Laptop, (independent of Chobham Computer Services), and I'll continue to use them, probably for an annual service, just like you might you do with your car.
